Account supervisor job description


Job purpose of Account supervisor is responsible for accompanying clients on regional media tours, recommending programs and activities coordinating with client’s goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members and allocating agency resources to match client budgets.

 

I. Key duties/responsibilities of Account supervisor:


1. Provide daily account management via phone, email and/or direct contact with clients, project, production & management teams.
2. Direct client editorial calendar programs, speakers bureaus, legislative activities, and/or industry events.
3. Develop client presentations.

Account director job description

Job purpose of Account director is responsible and accountable for the overall planning, leadership, and direction of marketing efforts, and or web development for the account. In addition, they have overall responsibility for managing the account’s growth, profitability, and the value-add relationship with the Clients.

1. Monitor workflow across account team to ensure efficient delegation of projects.
2. Manage the overall client/account P&L, ensuring responsible financial management and delivery of account profit expectations.
